A Woman’s World – The Last Man on Earth

What A Woman’s World – The Last Man on Earth is about

Among the ruins of a collapsed civilization, the last man alive stumbles on a secret community of women under a seductive and dangerous queen. To her, his arrival is no miracle. It is a prize, and her restless subjects have their own ideas about sharing it. Whatever he wants hardly matters in a place with this many opinions.

Episode 1 recap

A lone survivor has spent three years searching for another living man. He never expected to find a hidden settlement with some five hundred women. They stare at him in disbelief, since they have not seen a man in over three years.

He asks where they came from and who else is with them. They answer by telling him to come along, because the queen must be informed. On the way he is told that he may well be the last man alive, which makes him more precious than anything inside their walls.

He is assured he is safe, and that no one will touch him without permission unless he asks. If he wants to sleep alone, he can lock his door. The episode closes with that carefully worded welcome.

The story behind A Woman's World - The Last Man on Earth

Post-apocalyptic settings and an all-women society give A Woman's World its flavor. The tension is less about survival than about being the only one of your kind surrounded by people with an agenda.

Candy lists no category tags, but the premise fits the fantasy corner of the catalog. Expect scheming, looks across crowded halls and suggestive scenes rather than explicit ones. Episodes are short vertical clips of about a minute each.
