Episode 1 recap

Three weeks ago a man spent the best night of his life with a stranger. Today he is on his way to meet his girlfriend's family, and she tells him her mom is going to love him.

Her mother shows up and asks if he recognizes her with her clothes on. He realizes in an instant that she is the stranger from that night. She admits she has thought about it every day since.

When her daughter checks in, the woman keeps it smooth. In private she lays out the terms: he keeps dating her daughter and keeps her happy, or her daughter learns what happened. He is now the mother's secret.

What to expect

My Girlfriend's Mom opens with a coincidence that sets the whole five-episode story in motion. The comedy of recognition, a raised eyebrow across the table, drives the first act; the tension of a secret that two people share drives the rest.

It is categorized as MILF and Taboo. Everyone in the story is an AI-generated adult. Episodes run about a minute each and are shot vertically.

Expect awkward family dinners, glances held too long and a woman who is clearly in control of the situation while he scrambles to keep up.

It rewards viewers who enjoy a cat-and-mouse feeling in an everyday setting.
