My Goth Stepsister

What My Goth Stepsister is about

After a clumsy accident throws them together, an adult goth stepsister and her adult stepbrother fall into a secret romance. As it deepens it eventually pulls their stepmom, also an adult, into a three-way taboo. Keeping it quiet gets harder every day they share a house. Neither of them planned any of it, and neither wants it to end.

Episode 1 recap

It begins with a rush: a woman and her stepbrother, both adults, collide in a doorway and an iced coffee ends up all over his only clean shirt. She was late for a job interview and swears it was an accident. He says she was standing in the middle of the doorway like she owned the place.

When someone in the house asks what happened, she repeats that it was an accident, and the person moves on, ordering them to get going. He mutters that she will pay for it. She tells him she will find a way to make it up to him.

Alone with a friend later, she complains that she hates him. Then she admits that the way he looked at her was somehow funny, even kind of cute.

What to expect

She is the family rebel, all dark clothes and sharp comments, and he is the quiet one who ends up on the wrong end of an accident. From there the attraction is hard to deny and harder to hide.

The stepsister and taboo categories meet here in a house with three adults and one growing secret. Vertical episodes of about a minute build the triangle step by step.

The look is moody and the tone playful, with a slow reveal that the stepmom is closer to the secret than anyone planned. It stays suggestive in the free episodes.
