Old Friends, New Sins

What Old Friends, New Sins is about

Glamorous Dasha sees her luxury lifestyle slipping away when her boyfriend goes bankrupt, so she turns her attention to his rock-steady best friend. He refuses to chase her, which flips the balance of power. What began as a calculated move becomes a quiet, secret surrender between two adults who both know better. Money, pride and temptation drive every scene.

Episode 1 recap

Dinner with two old friends goes sideways when one of them admits his business is gone and he is going broke. His glamorous girlfriend, Dasha, only hears the cost of keeping her.

Left alone with the friend at the table, she tells him he looks good tonight. He answers that looks are free, but he doubts she can afford him. She says he looks like someone who knows how to spoil a woman, and he replies that a woman should earn it.

Her boyfriend's card is declined and the friend covers the bill. As they leave together, she asks if he wants to find out what she is worth. The cut is quick, and it leaves one friend quietly betrayed.

What to expect

Old Friends, New Sins is a five-episode drama about money, loyalty and a plan that backfires. Dasha is used to getting what she wants with a look. This time the man she picks will not be pulled in, and that refusal is what hooks her.

Think penthouse views, tailored outfits and conversations where every pause means something. Episodes run about a minute and are framed vertically. The cast is entirely AI-generated adults.

The heat comes from restraint and power games more than from rush. It suits anyone who likes the pursuer becoming the pursued.

It also works as a short character study: Dasha's confidence is real, but so is her fear of losing everything, and the story lets both show.
