My Stepmom Needs a Plus One

What My Stepmom Needs a Plus One is about

Your stepmom, an adult, has an exclusive gala to attend and no date, because dad is stuck at work. She pulls you into his suit and brings you along. Everyone takes you for a married couple, including her, and as the night goes on she stops bothering to correct them. The ride home is a good deal quieter than the ride there.

Episode 1 recap

Dad is stuck at work again, and his wife Amanda refuses to walk into her gala alone. She pulls her stepson away from his video game and tells him to put on his father's suit. Both are adults, and he is her plus one for the night.

At the party everyone assumes they are a married couple. They ask how long they have been together, and Amanda says two years. She tells her stepson to smile and relax, since everybody thinks he is hers. He objects that he is her stepson. She answers, not tonight.

On the way out she accuses him of staring all evening. He says he was playing the part. Then she shows him the room his father booked for the two of them, where his father is not coming. Come in, husband, she says.

The story behind My Stepmom Needs a Plus One

The charm here is the pretending. My Stepmom Needs a Plus One starts as a favor and slides into a performance that gets harder to separate from the real thing.

It is listed under MILF, Stepmom/Mom and Taboo, and the glamour of a formal evening sets it apart from the living-room stories. Expect champagne, whispers and suggestive looks, nothing graphic. Each vertical episode is about a minute.
